Calhoun, GA - The Faus Group is pleased to announce that Power Dekor Group Co., Ltd. and Power Dekor CFL (Jiangsu) Flooring Co., Ltd., have been granted a multi-national patent license for Faus Embossed In Register® and Joint Guard® / bevel edge technologies. PowerDekor is China's leading and largest manufacturer of laminate flooring products.
The Faus Group is also pleased to announce the grant of a multi-national patent license to New Elegant Living Timber Manufacturing (Zhongshan) Ltd., Baroque Timber Industries (Tianjin) Ltd., and Baroque Timber Industries (Zhongshan) Ltd. for the Faus Embossed In Register® and Joint Guard® / bevel edge technologies. Not only a manufacturer of laminate flooring, Elegant Living is also China's leading manufacturer of engineered and sold wood flooring.
PowerDekor and Elegant Living have joined other international members of the laminate flooring industry, including a growing number of licensees located in China, as licensees of Faus's patents for surface technologies. Following the Faus Group's recent patent infringement court victory in Shanghai's Intermediate Court No. 2 against Hangzhou Singular Group and Hangzhou Bai Ju Yi Floor Manufacturing Co., Ltd., these new business relationships further demonstrate the importance and durability of Faus's intellectual property for surface technologies for laminate flooring products.
