Faus announces the termination of its license agreement with Chinafloors

Faus announces the termination of its license agreement with Chinafloors Timber (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Zhejiang Chinafloors Timber Co., Ltd. (both companies are members of the Chinafloors group) because of noncompliance with the contractual terms of the agreement. At the same time, FAUS announces the termination of its agent agreement with CFL Management, Ltd. /China FL Invest Ltd. (company of Chinafloors group) and hereinafter neither company of the Chinafloors group will be allowed to represent FAUS in any place around the world. They are also not allowed to use the technologies protected by FAUS.
